Our technologies ⋅ Economic production on 4,000 m²
Modern machinery by itself is no guarantee for cost-effectiveness. After all, many manufacturing processes are still semi-automated, or are even more economical when hand made. Thus, only the elaborate interaction with qualified staff can provide the key to cost optimisation.
To achieve this, we operate a multi-functional machine park with more than 40 automats. Among them are about a dozen Komax automatic machines, 30 semi-automatic tools for in particular IDC technologies and numerous small machines – e.g. for soldering.
The following two listings specify our most important technologies and machines …
- IDC technology
- Crimping with crimp force monitoring on fully automatic machines (Komax)
- Cutting (wires, cables)
- Tinning
- Soldering (RoHS compliant)
- Printing (customised on cables, as labels or barcodes)
- Presses (sliding table and pneumatic)
- Casting (hot melt, automatic dispenser)
- Welding (ultrasonic, spot and in cooperation laser)
- High-voltage testing (up to 11kV)
- FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)
- LFS (Low Force Stereolithography)
- Komax Zeta 633
- Komax Alpha 477
- Komax Gamma 311, 333
- Komax Kappa 235, 330
- Komax IOC 785 tinning module
- High-voltage testing devices
- A diverse range of small tools from various manufacturers
- Semi-automatic crimping machines with interchangeable tools from various manufacturers
- (e.g. TE-Connectivity, Molex, JST, Stocko, Harting, Amphenol)
