• Using state-of-the-art technology, the customer fixture for the application is developed entirely in-house. This allows us to save time and complete the development quickly and efficiently. Through close collaboration with our clients, we ensure flexible and collaborative solutions throughout the entire process.
• Both the development and production of assembly and testing fixtures are carried out while adhering to the Poka Yoke principle. By visually representing circuit paths and components using color coding, LED technology, and screen support, we ensure high process reliability and top-quality standards.
• A high level of digitalization ensures seamless cross-border collaboration between our headquarter in Germany and our production facility in Hungary.
• Material supply is fast and efficient, with ergonomic considerations. The necessary material handling carts are also developed entirely in-house, in close cooperation with our employees on the production line.
• Our years of expertise and high employee stability guarantee results of the highest quality. This includes process-integrated material testing and 100% in-process testing of the cable harnesses using the latest technology.
